Seadex is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards, in compliance with the RGAA (Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité) and WCAG 2.1.
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and the French RGAA 4.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. Our current conformance status is partial.
Seadex implements the following measures: semantic HTML structure for screen readers, full keyboard navigation support, minimum 4.5:1 color contrast ratios (WCAG AA), descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images, ARIA roles and labels for interactive elements, responsive design for all screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%, focus indicators visible on all interactive elements.
Some data visualizations (charts, maps, interactive graphs) may not be fully accessible to screen readers or keyboard-only users. We are actively working on providing text alternatives and accessible data tables for all visual content. The Mapbox-based map component does not fully support keyboard navigation.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Seadex. If you encounter an accessibility barrier that prevents you from accessing content or functionality, please contact us at [email protected]. We commit to responding within 15 business days and providing a workaround or fix.
