Seadex (seadex.ai), operated by Sinay SAS, is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.
We collect data you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and phone number when you submit a contact form (HubSpot) or interact with our platform.
We also automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referral URLs, and interaction events through cookies and tracking technologies.
We process your data on the following legal grounds: (a) Consent — for analytics cookies and marketing communications; (b) Legitimate interest — for platform improvement, error monitoring (Sentry), and security; (c) Contractual necessity — when you submit a contact form to receive a response; (d) Legal obligation — for compliance with applicable laws.
Your data is used to: respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services, personalize your experience, send relevant communications (with your consent), analyze platform usage and performance, and monitor errors to maintain service quality.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with trusted processors who act on our behalf under strict contractual obligations (Article 28 GDPR).
Our processors include: Google (Analytics, Tag Manager), HubSpot (contact forms, CRM), Sentry (error monitoring), Scaleway (hosting), and Cloudflare (CDN, security). Each processor's privacy policy is available on their respective websites.
Essential cookies (no consent required): session management, CSRF protection, Cloudflare security, locale preferences. These are strictly necessary for the platform to function.
Analytics cookies (consent required): Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager — used to understand usage patterns and improve the platform. These cookies are only activated after you give explicit consent.
Cookie duration: essential cookies expire at session end or within 13 months maximum. Analytics cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months in compliance with CNIL guidelines. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings.
Some of our processors (Google, HubSpot, Sentry) may transfer data outside the EU/EEA. These transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions, ensuring an equivalent level of data protection.
Contact form data: 3 years from last interaction. Analytics data: 14 months maximum. Error logs (Sentry): 90 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure ('right to be forgotten'), data portability in machine-readable format, restrict processing, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact our DPO at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) at www.cnil.fr or by post at 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
